The terms of services from Business Name: PD Web Designers (www.palmdesertwebdesigners.com), constitutes agreement to these terms.

Website Development, Ongoing Support & Internet Marketing

All Graphic Design, Web Design & Development, SEO and Ongoing services provided by Palm Deser Web Designers are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Estimates & Contracts

Estimates provided to prospects will be honored for 30 days. A new quote will then be provided upon request. Contracts that have been written, but not signed by the client will only be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. A new contract may be drawn up upon request.

Charges & Fees

All new web design projects require an initial 50% deposit that will be due at contract signing. The remaining 50% balance will be due upon acceptance of the completed web development project before it is released to the client or published to the internet.

For SEO 100% payment (Monthly) needs to be paid upfront before starting the each month work.

Palm Desert Web Designers retains the right to hold all graphics, and project development with the exception of content and graphics provided by the client, until payment is received for such items. (see copyright & ownership clause)

Contract Cancellation

A non-refundable deposit amount of 50% is due at the time of each contract signing. Cancellation of any contract by either party will result in a refund to the client of all fees paid beyond the deposit amount, minus the amount already incurred in the development of the project by the date of cancellation, based on the amount of $250/hour. If the project contract is completed you may not be entitled to any amount at the discretion of Palm Desert Web Designers. Contract cancellation refunds will be processed and delivered within 30 business days of the cancellation date.

Payments

Palm Desert Web Designers accepts payments via PayPal, Stripe and all major Credit Cards. Your payment should come from PayPal available funds or credit card. Your project will not be released to you or uploaded until full payment is received.

1. Palm Desert Web Designers contract terms with the client will be specific per client request in the contract.

2. If a client wants to terminate the contract he can do so with a notice of 30 days prior to termination.

3. In case you have to file any complaint, please use our main email address : support@palmdesertwebdesigners.com. Each individual complaint will be answered within 48 hours or less.

Hours of Operation

Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm PST.

Project Delivery Date

Every design & development projects delivery date will be fixed as per requirements of the projects. For SEO, reporting date will be weekly/monthly.

For launch any complaint regarding delay of work or any other issues, use contact us form.

Copyright & Ownership

Upon completion of the project, Palm Desert Web Designers transfers all rights and ownership of CUSTOM designs and programming written by Palm Desert Web Designers to the client.

Palm Desert Web Designers reserves the right to resell custom designed web sites that remain unpaid by the original client, unaccepted mockups or other graphics created by Palm Desert Web Designers but not in legal use by the client.

Palm Desert Web Designers reserves the right to display websites and graphics that have been designed by Palm Desert Web Designers on their website, and in any marketing material to aid as examples of our work.

Refunds

Refund Policy Palm Desert Web Designers (www.palmdesertwebdesigners.com) follows a very transparent refund policy. For Design & SEO projects, if we’re unable to start project within 7 working days of getting your order, we’ll refund you FULL amount you paid to us. The nature of our services, which involve extensive work and ongoing updates, means that once we’ve initiated the project and sent updates (such as design drafts or SEO reports), the service is considered complete and non-refundable.
